Favorite Listings and New Listings Alerts
To setup New Listings Email Alerts, go to Search MLS Listings from the main menu and create a new search. Once you are happy with your search criteria, click "Save This Search". Saved searches will appear on this page, below. Click on the little arrow just below any saved search to choose how often you want new listings to be sent to you — daily, weekly or monthly. That's it! You can set up as many different searches as you like, and have any or all of them sent to you.
To turn off Email Alerts, click on the little arrow just below any saved search and then click "Never". The default Alert setting for Saved Searches is "Never".
