Joyce began her real estate career in 1977. She has been a multi-million dollar producer each year since 1981 and is a charter member of the Million Dollar Club and a recipient of the President's Award from the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. She has served on various committees of the Association, teaches bible study for college students at First Baptist Church and resides on the Isle of Palms. She has two sons and two grandchildren.
